Rules & Policies
The fine print. Everything you need to know about training at Variant Movement.
VM Company
VM Company is Variant Movement’s beginning and intermediate level competition team, designed to introduce dancers to the competitive experience in a supportive and growth-focused environment. With an emphasis on select competitions and limited convention exposure, dancers build confidence, stage presence, and strong technical foundations without the intensity of a full-time competitive track. VM Company serves as a stepping stone for those looking to advance, helping prepare dancers for higher-level training and more demanding opportunities as they progress.
VIVID
VIVID is Variant Movement’s most elite company, designed for advanced dancers ready to train, compete, and perform at the highest level. This program offers extensive opportunities to compete and attend top conventions across the West Coast, exposing dancers to industry-leading choreography and training. With a strong focus on artistry, versatility, and performance quality, VIVID challenges dancers to push beyond their limits and refine their craft.
